Section 131.37c replaces obsolete Form
3570 with Form 3849, Delivery
Notice/Reminder/Receipt.
Section 131.47 incorporates language

Chapter 2, Office Time --
Preparation
Section 223.15 updates mail
classification.
Section 223.16 deletes references to
Non-Central Markup Offices.
Section 23 is obsoleted and held as
